I'm not trained to analyze dermascopic results, but, I tried to make some comparatives with other dermascopic pictures.
First, there are white areas of regression and the red areas are, probably, irregular vessels that can be something suspicious for melanoma, but, your dermatologist knows the best.
Skin lesions that are persistent for longer period without healing with an appearance of open sore that oozes and then scabs, can be suspicious for skin cancer known as basal cell cancer or it could be actinic keratosis, pre-cancerous growths, usually caused by sun exposure.
