Q: Chances that I am pregnant ?

What is the probability that I'm pregnant if my partner ejaculated on my chest during shower and his ejaculate might have dripped down to my vagina? It was the 4th day of my period and I washed his cum immediately with water from the heater then soap. I am very much worried with this because I am now 13 days late from my period...maybe because I am so stressed thinking that I may be pregnant.
