Hi,

if a woman who has her vaginal fluids on her hands touches your penis, what are the chances of hiv infection?

For HIV to occur, there must be a fluid HIGH in HIV. There has to be an activity and a way into the bloodstream. This could be a cut or tear, a sore or a puncture. If there was no cut or tear, there is no way for HIV to get into bloodstream. HIV dies thirty seconds after it hits the air. I don't see any chances of infection but if you are concerned, definitely go for a HIV test.
