is there anything I can do to become more fertile?

-Does eating affect this?
-Does sleep
-Does stress levels
-Does certin pills or vitamins?
-would taking prenatal vitamins help? or do nothing
-does how long you have sex effect the likelyness?

There is nothing you can do to become more fertile. You either fertile or your are not. If you are not then there's a reason for it. Of course having a healthy lifestyle is always a good approach. And no stress won't affect. I was under so much stress when I was TTC that I thought it might affect but it did not one bit.

If you want just to increase your chances have sex during your fertile time (the week you are ovulating). That will do it.

Answer
If you are trying for a baby then the best thing you can do is have intercourse every other day about 6 days before ovulation and on ovulation.

If you leave it till every other day then he will have a higher sperm count giving you more of a chance if you had sex every night before ovualtion.

Also you can take folic acid. not sure what that does but i have heard from many web sites and people that it helps.

No stress.

Healthy lifestyle.

These are all things that can help.
