Chances of being pregnant ?

i had my implant removed 2 weeks ago and i have not had a period yet but i have had unprotected sex and 2 days after it i had light spotting that lasted no longer than half an hour, i have been getting niggling in my lower abdomen and constantly feel sick and tired my breasts appear to be a little bit bigger (going by the way my bra is fitting) what are the chances of me being pregnant? and would i get a possitive result if u do a pregnancy test before my period is due?
