Ok, you still have a shot at preventing any possible pregnancy.

There is a two dosage pill called plan b that you can take up to 120 hours after sex (I know the site says 72, but there is still a chance it can work up to 120 only not as high as the first 72). The longer you wait to take plan b the less effective it is, meaning the more chance you have of becoming pregnant.

You can get plan be at target or a planned parenthood.
And just so we're clear, you need to take it preferably within 72 hours of sex. This isn't an abortion pill and will have no effect on any existing pregnancy.

Otherwise, you have a fairly high chance of pregnancy, but this chance will go down significantly with the correct use of plan b.

Yup, go get Plan B.

That is going to be your best bet. Then, wait until after your period should have finished (or, finished, if it does come) and take a test.

Just get yourself that pill!

It is doubtful that you do have anything to worry about. Your mom is right. Birth control pills are already effective in your system. Secondly, it sounds like the condom broke but there was no semen. No semen, no pregnancy. Sure, there is a remote chance of precum causing pregnancy - but that is small and even smaller since you would not be ovulating.

Continue taking your birth control as prescribed and take a pregnancy test in 2 weeks if you are are still concerned about pregnancy.

Trust your mom.

Plan B is unnecessary...
I would say Plan B is unnecessary in such a situation.
Although precum does occasionally contain sperm it takes many sperm to penetrate the tough outer coating of an ovum in the female.
Often times the birth control pill will prevent the female from ovulating all together.
Plan B is EMERGENCY contraception and it is HARD on your body.
Perhaps if he had ejaculated and then your condom broke it would be a good option (also the birth control pill takes generally ten days to come into effect)
