chance of pregnancy? is so, when should i test?

I had unprotected sex 11 days ago. He never ejaculated inside of me, actually we didnt finish at all because, well we werent protected. Ive been feeling slugish and moody lately which is what i normally get with my period but its no the same sort of feeling. I dont know when I should take a pregnancy test because i dont know when my period is supposed to start. It is never consistant. It ranges from 1 month to 4 months apart. I have also been extremely hungry but nothing sounds good. I need answers taylored to my situation because the internet can only tell you so much. Please help me! I do go to the doctor on the 14th so i would like to know if i need to get a test from him or not. Testing there is not an option unless i get a positive at home test because my mother would kill me.
