hi ,

I am a 29 year old female .I have been having lot of shoulder stiffness & pain for almost 2 moths now. sometimes radiating to my upper back & forearm specially when I work at the computer (have a desk job) or when I am lifting something a little heavy .However when I wake up in the morning my shoulders are relaxed but there is some neck pain , which goes away in about 10-15 mins .

the doc says that its early stage spondylosis . however just want to get a second opinion .

Here are the X-ray findings.

1)Mild posterior marginal beakings is seen at C3/4 ,C4/5 & C6/7
2)Cervical vertebrae show normal heights
3)CV junction appear normal
4)Inter-vertebral disc spaces are maintained
5)Visualised soft tissues appear normal
5)Bilateral small bony cervical ribs are noted

I have has almost a month of physical theraphy ..the pain is down by say 50%. but not seeing any improvement beyond that .

Would be glad to get some opinions

Thanks
Swarna
