Q: Cervical fusion xray

I had a cervical fusion and on my post op visit they gave me the results of my preop chest xray and told me to follow up with my family doctor. However they didn't explain the report. It read- "mild hilar prominence bilaterlly likely presenting pulmonary vascularity. What does that mean?
