If my cervical fluid is slippery would that be considered watery? I'm trying to input it on fertility friend. I got a positive for ovulation using a opk and it said i could ovulate later today or tmw on fertility friend. I'm so excited!

If the line is faint, it means that you are either on your way to the LH surge or you are on your way down. Your line needs to be as dark or darker than the test line to indicate a positve and then it is 12 -36 hours after that, that you will ovulate.

If your cervical fluid is clear and slippery but not stringy like the egg white kind then I would concider that watery. HOnestly I have never figured that one out. Maybe someone else can add more input on that

Thanks for replying! I will test in the morning. I'm on cd 11 and hopefully the LH surge is on my way.

I tried the opk strips and it said negative everyday during my ovulation time. I just kept having sex regardles and got pregnant. I looked at the cervical fluid. As long as I was having cervical fluid I had sex, everyday and that's all it took. I wouldn't use those strips again, I wasted my money but good for the women who have been successful with them. The pregnancy test strips is all I needed.

good luck ladies!

Yeh i'm think i'm agreeing with you. I took one this morning and it came out negative. I guess it was just false positives. idk! I just thought i would've been helpful. I got my hopes up thinking I ovulated when I just stopped taking bc. I will be going to the docs again in a week or so for a check up and maybe she can prescribe me something to help me ovulated because i have pcos. We have been bd every other day regarless.
