Ya tony, same here. Doctors tryed the same B.S. with me, cause they can't feel how bad we feel or find anything on the testing so then they move to anxiety and depression.

Exactly - I'm not saying that some people can't have symptoms due to anxiety, but there's no way that all of have the same symptoms and there's no common explanation.

Hey guys, is anyone experiencing different colored stools with mucus in them? I'm reading about this and there are a few things that it, but one of them is pancreatic cancer. This has really been worrying me, I've been having these lump feelings under my arm pits but I can't feel the lumps when I try. My neck glands are still soar, I still have pain in my right groin, lump feeling in the throat, my tonsil area and back of throat area is still real red my tonsils just don't look right to me. My ent dr. said he dosent see anything that concerns him. My upper chest area and stomach feels itchy off and on, middle spine pain. I see my G.I. dr. on the 26th he's already done a abdominal ultrasound, upper endoscopy, and lab work done, I'm not real sure what all he checked for, I know he did CBC and liver function I don't know what else but everything was in normal limits they said. Ultrasound was negative, and upper scope didn't show anything. This pancreatic cancer thing is really worrying me as I have a lot of the symptoms. They say it's a rare cancer and it's really rare for people under 50 to get it. Most people who get it are 60 and older. Does anyone think the ultrasound, upper endoscopy, or bloodwork would have found cancer if I have it? He did tell my wife after he did the upper scope that he was gonna do more tests, I'm not sure what kind. I've been getting nausea off and on and still can't sleep on my sides. I'm also getting a pain in my right foot for 3 days now like a bruise pain. I hope it isn't a sign of diabetes. I also still have a dry mouth for 6 months now. I'm gonna have him check my pancreas if he hasnt already done so. Is anyone else on this forum experiencing any of this? I'll keep you guys posted on all my test results.

dfrank, I totally agree if the test result is normal automatically its anxiety and want to refer you to a psychiatrist instead of exploring other options trying to find out what's wrong.

Everyone, just try and hang In there I wish you all the best and god bless all of you.

Scared,

How long have you been sick?

Here are the symptoms that we share:

(1) Different colored stools.
(2) Soreness in lymph node areas (armpits & groin).
(3) Lump feeling in the throat.
(4) Itchiness.
(5) Spine pain.
(6) Unable to sleep on side.
(7) Foot pain.

For us to be experiencing such specific and similar and numerous symptoms tells me that we have the same problem.

If I can offer some holistic treatment advice, if you are looking for relief of your symptoms (in additions to DFrank's yeast therapy and Ustas' Pylori treatment), try these:

(1) Fuciodan - seaweed tablets.
(2) Curcumin - tumeric tablets.
(3) Heat therapy - making your body as warm as possible, either with a sauna, hot tub, etc. My spine is bothering me so much when I sleep that I am considering sleeping with a heating pad.

Thanks tony, the 25 th of this month will be 8 months since the exposure. My wife went to her blood dr. yesterday and he said everything looked good. She has to go every 3 months because she dosent have a spleen, which makes her WBC high all the time. I asked her to ask him to test her for EBV and CMV he said he would let her know if anything shows up. I kick myself now because I should have told her to have her test for HTLV damn it. I feel like such a scum bag for even having to have her ask them to test her for these kinds of things being that I am her husband. He told her that they look for everything infectious diseases too. I'll try your advice on these products to see if I get some relief. You seem pretty knowledgable and I and everyone else appreciate all your help. Good luck to you tony.

Scared, that mucos in your stool is a big sign of candidia infection, also I had mid spine pain and tender nous , my chiropractor said not normal. Mine is almost gone. I also had different colored stools, but not as much anymore. Also when I was in California on a short vaca. I felt really good stools were good. So I havnt completely ruled out environmental things such as mold. I will call again tomorrow I see if I can get my tests results.

DFrank - I'm glad that you are feeling better, it's Friday, so you said that you were expecting test results today?

Scared - you & I are on the same schedule, I got infected on November 7th & you on November 25th.

onechanceplz - twenty-two HIV negative tests in 7 months should tell you that HIV is not your problem, no way, no how. Keep in mind that HTLV is much harder to diagnose than HIV, Sadowsky on TheBody site wrote about how HTLV antibodies might not develop (and suggested PCR testing for HTLV), so it's possible that you have HTLV - of course you don't want HTLV, I don't want HTLV, no one wants HTLV.

Another poster on TheBody site wrote that he & all of his friends had sex with the same woman, and that all of them were sick like us, but tested HIV negative; two of the guys came down with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (NHL), and of course all of them were afraid for their lives. All the doctor could said in his reply was to suggest that they contact the CDC to see if they could be studied as having some occult disease. Here's the actual excerpt from the site:

hi dr

ok, i will try my question here. i may try this with other experts here at thebody as well, just to pad my odds of getting an answer.

do you know of other retroviruses that lead to cancers? particularly lymphoma? i'm talking about something in the realm of an htlv. animals have many retroviruses such as chicken wasting virus, feline leukemia, etc. have you any information on whether or not retroviruses like these have made the jump to humans yet?

any information is appreciated. just to give you a little backround on why i'm asking: i'm in a symptomatic cluster of people with wasting syndrome, persistent swollen glands, fevers, thrush, etc. we have all slept with the same person who is also highly symptomatic. two people in the cluster have finally been diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma, and the rest of us wait for the same. expecting lymphoma or leukemia to strike is bad, but not even as bad as the wasting syndrome we all have. the whole thing is a big mess because as you can imagine, nobody even entertains that such a scenario is possible, since we all test negative for hiv-1/2 and htlv-1/2. so we are not getting any help from anyone at the moment.

thank you for your time.

so any help you may provide would be excellent.

Response from Dr. Young

Thanks for your interest at TheBody.

I'm not sure if I've got the answers that your looking for, but here goes. As you've pointed out, there are really only a few known retroviruses that infect humans and cause disease-- HIV and HTLV. Since it's pretty likely that humans acquired these viruses from contact with non-human animal contact and infection with their retroviruses, it's not impossible that other viruses could have, or will someday jump species.

I can understand the anxiety that your situation poses-- sounds like the search for the usual suspects has failed to identify a viral cause. If you have a known link one another, two cases of NHL among your group is intriguing. Perhaps a call to your local health department (or the CDC) could initiate a proper epidemiological investigation.

Sorry not to be of more help, good luck. BY

Tony, called again today, waiting to hear back. The doc is only in the office on Monday's and Friday's, so hopefully get a call back today. Onechanz- my advice is to try and calm down, and if your wife really loves you then she will understand. Stress and anxiety will only make your symptoms worse, trust me I've been down that road. Sounds like you have candidia infection in your mouth, so probably othe parts of your body to. Lay off sugar, carbs, and yeast products and get the supplements I previously suggested and see I it helps, once you feel better it will be easier to deal with. Tony - interesting article! I saw it was from 2004. Wish we could get in touch with that guy to see what became of his situation. I think we might be dealing with something new or mutated virus. It only makes sense. Although with the lymphoma, does sound like htlv. Any way I'm not overly worried about my test results, I've been through that period already. Things are easier to deal with now that I'm feeling better. Waiting for the call!

Doc called back, but didn't get to answer, he left me a message that my tests were negative! He said call him on Monday to discuss my results. I know he tested for htlv 1&2, brucella, psa, and a fungal test( which he said varies). So I will call him on Monday for specifics. So hang in there guys, I see him again in August and will talk with him about what could be making us all illl.

Try correcting your diets and see if it helps like it did for me, although not feeling back to total 100%, but very close! I will let you know what he says come Monday!

DFrank,

Thanks for sharing your good results with us! That means that you are three years HTLV negative - I was really worried that your test for HTLV 1 + 2 would have been positive - I am glad that it's not!

Best wishes.

Thanks Tony, for reply, you said PCR hitlv test is good, but can you tell me what is the window period for HTLV PCR test, after how long I should test and stop worring that I am effected even I do PCR test, if PCR 7 month negative so it mean I m negative or still need to worry?
Imperial colleague st merry hospital in london they keep refusing me to do PCR test, they said antibody test is more reliable and accurate and PCR test is not good, PCR test can not Udefect virus in small amount, but small amount of virus can build antibodies in blood, I do not know who is wright and who is wrong, but I do know my lymphocytic is keep going down in my CBC shows that, I have no more hope, I mess up my life with all my family, my son will always hate me, that's what I am sure, I m really stupit, and God punish me......

One chance, my lymphocytes also went down 30's, then 18, then all the way down to 10. Now they are back up in the 30's. Asked my regular doctor about it. He didn't have much concern and said these numbers fluctuate all the time, and only the absolute numbers mater. I don't know, but it always concerned me, and when I went to the infectious disease doctor he seemed to notice it. I will ask him about it when I talk to him. You sound very down and hopeless, as I was at one point, but hang in there man!
