Hey guys so here is my real story the last one was incorrect since i didnt know the exact dates that it all happened but went back in old messages on laptop and found out exact dates of when all this things happened. What do you think? thank you

Ok so on october 15,2011 i had sex with stranger girl vaginal. protected but condom ripped and did notice till 5 minutes later. Then november 4 had unprotected oral sex with a stripper worker for less then 10minutes and alcohol was involved when she was giving me a BJ. Have not had sex since. Then on feb 20, 2012 had high fever at night for like 3hours and went away with medication and the 22,2012 had high fever again for 3hours again and went away. havent had fever now. but on march 3,2012 i had unprotected vaginal sex at night with a clean girl that is free from hiv and all stds. i didnt wash up good after sex and next day at work i was still dirty from last nigh then went straight to the gym after work noticed i had like 5 little red dots on penis head and had unprotected vaginal sex again with same girl when i got off the gym sweaty and still havent taken a shower or cleaned up till next day in the morning but the red dots spreaded into a bad rash all over my penis head and foreskin inside. it went completely away in like 12days with vitacilina cream. Then on march 17 the girl called me she had high fever and i got really nervous and have been really stressed out knowing i have HIV! On march 28 my hand went numb while drving and went to the clinic to get tested for HIV and all std's includin herpes and hepatitis. all CLEAR. negative on everything. now its april 15 and ive noticed i have cream colored linings on both cheeks inside mouth, like 6 headaches, no energy, weight loss, a small rash on my right leg under knee that disappears and come back in the same place, skin sensitive, abdominal pain, sore throat, pulsing and vibrating skin that come and go, tingling or stabbing pain on feet and hands and electrical shock feeling. i D0NT have swollen lymph nodes or diahrrea or vomiting but im so scared i might have the hiv. all my symptoms are hiv symptoms and my girl had the high fever as well...
what do you think about those 4.5 months testing negative on blood test??? When i had the fever and had sex with this girl i also had a broken tooth full of bad bacteria that i had for couple months without treating and i was also taking testosterone booster pills for the gym. idk if this has anything to do with it?? all symptoms have gone away exept the pain and tingling in my hands and feet and feeling tired. i have lost weight but i am eating alot alot and still feel with no energy. and ive been getting pimples and parts of my body that i have not gotten before???
if its not HIV what can it be causing all this problem on mouth and body?

HTLV
Again I just want to repeat that once you test outside the window period for HIV, you should test for HTLV - everything you mentioned is a symptom of HTLV - your rash, your cream colored mouth lining (Candida), lack of energy, abdominal pain, pain in feet and hands, etc. While no one can diagnose symptoms over the internet, certainly getting tested for HTLV so that you are aware of what is ailing you is way better than being told that you're simply stressed out. If you do test positive for HTLV, some hope exists since a patient in Greece was treated with 8 months of Vidaza (Azacytidine), which apparently eradicated the virus. The HTLVhelp web site not only has a forum for discussions, but also has a petition to start a clinical trial for treatment. If you think HTLV is too rare for where you live, consider that if someone in Greece can get HTLV, anyone anywhere can get HTLV. Because the health authorities ignored HTLV for the past 35 years, it's everywhere - even people with HIV are sometimes coinfected with it (and don't know it because no one thinks to test for it). So again, if you test negative for HIV outside of the window, consider yourself very fortunate, but do test for HTLV up to a year (it has a larger window period). If you do test positive for HTLV, consider banding together on the forum on the HTLVhelp site, and lobbying for clinical trial, also listed on the HTLVhelp site. Otherwise, no doctor, health authority, drug company, researcher is ever going to take HTLV seriously and work for treatment or cures. The 35 million people infected with this worldwide have the choice of fighting for recognition, treatments, and cures, or quietly suffering, being crippled, and dying of this. Please choose to do something about HTLV, especially if you test positive for it.

casper012 - I just saw your question - if you do test positive for HTLV, the doctor will have very little to say, meaning that no treatment exists, etc. Much like HIV patients in the 80s, anyone with HTLV today is going to be told to just deal with it, which is absurd, but that's the reality. And just like HIV patients in the 80s, we need to band together, combined our efforts so that we can bring about change for recognizing and treating HTLV. Please go to the HTLVhelp web site, post in the forum there, and sign the petitions there. Be aware that the backlash of denial about this disease is fierce, I've had my HTLV posts DELETED from the MedHelp and WiseGeek sites, the establishment (doctors, health authorities) simply don't want to deal with HTLV.

Depressedman, i'm almost certain u r HIV negative. What form of testing was done on your 8 weeks test? If it's an ELISA test, then u can start celebrating. An 8 weeks ELISA HIV negative test is a very good indicator that u r clean.

I'll ask of u, not to do as i did. I tested negative at 9.5 weeks and the Dr. said that is good enough, but the nervous part of me said rhat's not enough. I went and get tested several times after that via RAPID TEST KITS which were all negative. My final HIV test was after the 6 months mark. That was my last one. I FELT I"VE WASTED MY MONEY DOING THESE TEST, but it gives peace of mind.

Man u will be fine. I think i'm going in to do another HEPATITIS B test this week becaue i'm feeling sticking pain on my right side now and my joints are still aching. This will be 7.5 months since my exposure. My friend at the lab told me hepatits normally affect all the joints. I have about 4 joints acting up.

Thank you scared49, UK_worry and ustas for listening and responding.. Ur support is very helpfull and it makes me stronger..

Jr79 I had the same red spots on my penis about 2-3 Weeks after exposure, I suggest u wash with soap twice a day and stop masterbating for atleast 2Weeks. My spots went away. I get the same numbing feeling in my left hand and foot and burning flashes through out my body mostly arm hands feet and ankles thats what scares me the most those strange body reactions they feel so wrong.. But congrats you are negative at 4.5 months u are clear from HIV u should start testing for other things.. Good luck.

Ustas thank u bro ur support gives me much hope.. But my anxiety still takes over control of me. I tested with a rapid test elisa at 5 Weeks I also tested.at 6 Weeks at a different clinic lab test Elisa I think. And final test at a different clinic with an Elisa again.. Notice I kept switching clinics people? Thats becuase I got rejected to take an HIV test becuade they daid I was over testing and that my anxiety was cuasing my symptoms! Not true bevuase ive been in other real tough situations but my skin ndver itched or burned.. I know it has to do with that risky sexual exposure. I will celebrate at my 12 week negative I just cant get my hopes up now, I will be crushed and even more devasted if my negative changes.. But I go in on Monday may 7th and will let you guys know what my doc tells me I wont get my results till day after on the 8th. I will be honest with my results.. Thanks for being here to listen bros.

PS anybody else out there reading this and may have same problem or similar symptoms please lrave your thoughts we all want to gather as much info as possible. Dont be shy I was for awhile but now I feel better sharing my story. Talk to you guys soon. Stay strong and hopefull..

Also congrtas to everyone that has tested negative after the 3 month mark I know the wait was long but u guys did it! Congrats again

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to see if anyone found out what's going on? I'm still getting a lot of problems mainly with pain, and loosing way too much weight. still have the thrush, and canker sores in my mouth. For some reason the front of my no
se hurt, and I didn't do anything to it. I just
don't understand why people say that hiv will show up in 3 months, and no longer than 6 months, but a lot of people and a couple sites on the internet says that it can take a year or longer to show up. I know they said that back in the 90's, but they said even at this time peroid can still take that long. So, what are you supposed to believe? I'm just confussed, and plus all this weight I'm loosing, and I'm not on a diet.

Depressedman, i'm happy u r feeling better, and can gaurantee u that u'll feel better next week. It is very unlikely that ur result will change knowing that your 8 weeks test was an ELISA blood drawn.

I did about 12 test in my 6 months period, and only three were Elisa blood drawn. The key one was, an Elisa blood at about 7 months, which was negative.

I will not tell anyone to wait until 3 months to get tested. The more i test, the more i felt better knowing that my result was negative. It does give u that peace of mind, so y not do it?

What i'll say though, is that if u were tested at 10 weeks or above and the results were negative, then u can say u r safe. My Dr. did say to me that i don't need to test again when he got back my 9.5 weeks result. He also did a CBC and a VDRL at 9.5 weeks which were all normal.

I went and test several times after that.

Dalton76, they said testing is more accurate these days and is able to indentify antibodies at an earlier stage. There are 3rd and 4th gerneration testing. 4th gens are more accurate that 3rd gens.

Stay strong folks.

Does anyone know how good an oraquick test is, and if it ever gave false negative results? I was starting to get it out of my head, but I started loosing more weight. I've never been big person, I'm just tall, and I'm loosing way to much weight. It's been 14 months now for me, and I don't have a dr. or insurance right now. The clinics where I live don't do blood tests, they rely on the oraquick test that takes 20 mins.

Dalton - since it's been FOURTEEN months now for you, WAY beyond the time for ANY test for HIV to be accurate, you need to accept your negative results - that's great news and you should be thankful for that. If you want to find out what your (non-HIV) problem is, you will need to do blood tests for HTLV and other diseases. But please be happy that whatever your problem is, it's not HIV.

I know tony, and I'm really thankful, but does HTLV cause a lot of weight loss? I tried looking up the systems for that, and couldn't find any. I don't know how true it is, but what I did find is that HTLV can lead to death. Does anybody know how true that is?

Testing for non-HIV causes
Dalton - HTLV makes your system go crazy, and since your symptoms are very general, you could be suffering with anything, so you aren't going to be able to diagnose yourself by symptoms alone. You'll have to have blood tests done for other things, including HTLV. Lots of things can lead to death, but you need to know what you are dealing with first (by testing). Please let us know if / what you find.

Let us know what happens Depressed. I'm still lossing weight, and I can't stop it. I read HTLV, and I'm pretty sure that I don't have that. Pretty much it said that you have a btter chance getting hiv thru sex than HTLV. So, I don't know. I don't think that a lot of things can make you lose weight like I have. I know that I don't have diabetes. Everything that has happened to me, and stil is happening leads to hiv only, but the tests come up negative. I just don't know what to do. I feel so depressed at time that it feels like I just want to cry.

Whats up guys.hope everybody is doing well !! And stop stressing out so much its gonna make you feel worse and more thoughtful about the situation just try relaxing ppl and you will see symptoms will fade away.

So my risky exposure was oct31, 2011. And march 5,2012 was the last time i had sex which i.dont know if she is neg or pos. She says shes clean but its hard to think it since ive had alot of symptoms. 2 weeks after i had sex with her she had a high fever but i got a high fever before i had sex with her and i think i had the flu that was feb 20 and 22. Took test march 28 of all stds and hiv blood test at an hiv clinic and tested negative for everything took another one 2 days ago on may 4,2012 saliva test also negative??? They told me i had infection on the throat and i can barely pass saliva and gums are bleeding easily my cheeks in the inside both side have like.a.thick.white lining and getting this.small painful pimples white ones just like 3, white tongue but goes away when i brush it?? Good thing is most of abdominal pain, numbness, sensitive skin, body aches, joint pain, headaches have gone away Smile feeling a lil better with the last saliva test.

One thing i noticed is thqt a couple friends, sister, mother, girlfriend, and some family member are having high body temperature almost to a fever and flu like symptoms qnd i think i passed it to them cus im always around themm??

What do you guys think about all this??

very extensive symptoms
Hi everyone. I am pleased to see that so many other people are having problems with this. We all do something stupid once a in a while and I don't think we should be punished so harshly for it by getting such a horrible fatal disease. I can't help but freak out like everyone else here...

I had a sexual encounter orally with a woman (giving and receiving on both) in September. I did not know this girl at all and I still don't. It was a one time over the internet "hookup". As a note, I know oral sex has such a low risk, but my oral hygeine is not the greatest, and I brushed my teeth very hard before i met her so my breath would be fresh. I also had my tonsils taken out a couple years back but I don't know if they have fully healed since it still looks tender back there til this day. Anyway, Near the end of October I had an odd itching at the tip of my penis. Soon after that I got a sore throat with some blisters and spotting in the roof of my mouth followed by a 2-3 week bout with the flu, including back aches and muscle aches. I woke up one night because my body was itching all over. Since then I had a strong itch in my genitals and pain at the tip of my penis. my left eye was covered in pus one morning aroud the same time and i had a small clump of dried pus under my foreskin with a patch of darker pink skin on my foreskin. My inner eyes have been darker pink with white spotting ever since. I tried to think nothing of it at the time. I got better for 3 months, then the itching and fatique hit me again. I got another throat irritation. slightly sore but mostly itchy. then got fever and a small cold for 2 days with a dry cough that lasted for a week. Since then it has been a month with the itch that comes and goes throughout the day but is very prominient. My side and back muscles went out on me and i could hardly move them for a week. my left bicep did the same thing 2 weeks before that. I woke up a morning recently with nausea and some diarrhea, and saw a small pink rash on my left forearm. I also found a small red patch of skin on my scrotum that eventually turned to dry skin and peeled off. At this point i freaked out and went to my doctor and told her the whole thing. I had just been tested for syphilis, ghonorrea, and chlymydia and all were negative. all other general bloodwork is fine. my doctor took my blood and is testing for hiv. after all i have told her she seems convinced it will be negative. but all of my symptoms, including the discharge from my penis, seem different from yours.

Has anyone here had all of the symptoms i have and still received a negative test? I have been going crazy for 4 days I can't eat or sleep and it's also because I had unprotected sex with my gf during the time i felt fine, but now that symptoms are back I feel like i might have infected her. I feel like I have become the devil and I don't want to live with this anymore

Ignoring HTLV is a big mistake
I've read many posts from people who have tested positive for HTLV, and also from people who suspect that they have HTLV, and also from people who don't know what they have. HTLV is more common than any doctor or government agency will admit, and HTLV can do much harm to the human body. Besides paralysis and cancer, HTLV can cause problems with the eyes, lungs, and other major organs. The brutal irony is that although 35 million people have HTLV (including half a million Americans), and nothing is being done to treat it directly, with little being done to treat its symptoms, much like HIV patients were (mis)treated in the eighties. Medical research has shown that demethylating agents (e.g. green tea) work against the virus, as does over the counter Fucoidan (i.e. seaweed extract). Japan recently approved KW0761, an CCR4 receptor antibody (which coincidentally would probably work against HIV also) as treatment for HTLV related cancer, and a patient in Greece was recently cleared of HTLV by 8 months of azacytidine (Vidaza) treatment for MDS. The most important point is that any medical treatments for HTLV sufferers are not allowed until advanced stage / near death / end of life situations arise - this is the most egregious aspect of the (mis)handling of this disease. HTLV sufferers (and the public in general) need to lobby governments and the medical industry to provide treatments for HTLV immediately, regardless of the stage of the disease, with the obvious benefits being reduced suffering, improved quality of life, extended life, and reduced transmission - all of which coincidentally justify immediate treatment for HIV. If HIV can be handled as a serious public health problem (and treated), so can HTLV.

HTLV facts
Corrections:

(1) HTLV is carried by millions of people.
(2) HTLV is sexually transmitted.
(3) HTLV is only HALF as common as HIV - for example, in the UK 22,000 people are infected with HTLV.
(4) Like HIV, HTLV can have similar symptoms or no symptoms at all.
(5) HTLV is NOT routinely tested for, whether you have symptoms or not.

This information is provided to help people who have tested negative for HIV beyond the window period, but want to know why they are still feeling sick. HTLV is a definitely possibility.

In uk 1000 peoples offically have htlv
But they think 20000 peoples have it
Yes its transmated with sex but much harder than hiv. Bit like hcv
Even peoples infected htlv they never show symptoms till they die
Only less than 1% peoples cause serious health problems

@UK_Worry:

(1) HTLV is easier to transmit than HIV.
(2) HTLV causes people to suffer with serious health problems such as paralysis and cancer, and the cancer usually causes death within a few months.
(3) HTLV symptoms include rash, thrush, muscle aches, joint pain, liver and spleen pain, eye and lung disorders, ALL OF WHICH MIMIC HIV SYMPTOMS.

If anyone decides that none of this needs to be taken seriously, that's ridiculous.
