hi,

We did my Papa's MRI oz of few disorders in walking.

MRI report was as under:

Few small ischemic lesions are seen in the bilateral fronto-parietal white matter.
Rest of the neuroparenchyma appears normal.
Ventricles, basal cisterns ,sylvian fissures and cerebral folia are prominent, suggestive of mild cerebral and cerebellar atrophy.
Intracranial vessels reveal normal flow void.

Dr. gave few medicines.
But my questions is what will be good option for next check up? means whom to consult ? Neurosurgeon or neurologist or some one else?
What it means by his MRI ?
cerebral atrophy is serious case? it indiacates alzimer?
