My MRI revealed there is no space-occupying or enhancing intracranial mass. 2. the cerebellar tonsils extend up to 1.2 below the level of foramen magnum consistent with a Chiari I malformation. 3. There is no infarct, mass effect or enhancing intracranial abnormality. Already had MRI of cervical spine what next. Already seeing a neurologist and neurosurgeon new diagnosis please explain?
