Good morning everyone! I have tryied many cereals out there, but so far I think I will stick to Uncle Sams Original and Go lean from Kashi. They don't add any sugar in the uncle sams cereal and it has like 11 gr of fiber (main ingredient flax seeds). I mix the 2 cereals together. Everyone reacts different when it comes to carbs, but as long you keep the carbs to a minimum and eat good protein with every single snack/meal you should feel better. I thought organic peanut butter with no sugar was good, until last night. I will be getting walnuts and almond buttter. I think drinking lots of water helps alot too. Just like Stan said starting the day with a protein based breakfast is so important! Since I am trying to build muscle mass I am going to try creatine, and a whey protein that is unflavored. I will keep you updated this week if my body was ok with both.....I also can't stress enough about the colonix (fiber supplement) that I take every morning before breakfast. I hope I don't sound like I'm spaming--just giving my 2 cents. I know for a fact that colonix will help some of you out there because it helps the liver, kidney and pancreas too. If you had a snack that you know you shouldn't had eaten the night before Colonix will help wonders. Have a good day!

Don't go overboard on the creatine. In fact, if you're that interested in it, you can just eat a nice organic apple before working out, it will give you a little extra energy and it has creatine in it. I personally don't like supplementation like that, but if you seem to be okay with it go ahead. About the cereal, the sprouted bread I talked about is made by a company that also makes sprouted cereal! It's very good and they have several varieties including one with dried blueberries and another with almonds. Look for it, it's also called Ezekiel.

Thanks, Stan. God I miss cereal.
I will check out the cereal. Do you use almond milk?

And if you have insight into the sugar in one orange, or how oranges are bad or good that would help greatly for me. And apples, too.

What a roller coaster ride . . . to be up and down and up again to fall deeper down. Low energy, no energy, good energy days, and on . . . You weren't kidding when you told me I have just begun. The hard thing is figuring out how often to eat or not. Sometimes I think I'm feeling worse eating every couple of hours, then better. I know it depends on my activity, and I have been more active. I run about a mile and a half 5 times a week and I'm going to work on top of that doing a lot of landscaping work as well as my everyday workout routine: stretching, situps, pushups, etc.

What should, or how should I know when to eat more or less when I am tired already, or nervous. I have been feeling more calm in the morning as of late when I was a mess before. But when I eat I feel worse. Everything seems to be the opposite: When I was a sugar junky and I ate I was at ease (until I crashed). Crazy crazy crazy. I know it is a long road, but are there any shortcuts that you found that could of saved you from months or years of pain? I have been out of avocados for a couple of weeks. Could that be it? I do not eat any bread of any kind. Until yesterday I ate two slices of spelt four hours apart, and yesterday was filled with horrible panic I haven't felt in some time. This may sound all over the place, sorry, that is just where I am. I'm sure you know all too well how confusing this is.

Thanks for your help
Patrick
