I am currently having some problems and maybe you know what it is?

severe and sudden weight loss. numbness, tingling and unvoluntary jerks and spasms in muscles. especially in leg area above nees and below waist. my bum goes numb when i sit. i havde developed very bad night sweat and sudden strength loss, i can ffel my muslces becomeing floppy. I also experience pain in joints in my hands, shoulders and ankles. sometimes also i have needles being pricked in my cheeks and when i feel the place on my face i can feel the nerve through and around my face. I drop thing more often than i used to. holding just a pen or key, very light, firm in my hand (i thought), just slips through and drops. My lips closed firmly ( i thought) i notice i'm dribbling.could be caused by diabetes (nerve damage) or some kind of neurological disease e.g. MS?. I have no illnesses, im healthy, no back injury, no inceased urination, no change in diet. All symptoms are sporadic. Somtimes i feel im heavin heart att

All symptoms you described suggest that you may have a central neurological problem. Sensory and motor systems are both affected. These are very non- specific symptoms and can happen in many conditions after the nervous system, and one of them is multiple sclerosis, which needs to be ruled out in your case.

I suggest that you see a neurologist immediately for the consultation and investigations. Thank you.
