my mri results say that L3-4 right central disc protusion with mild to moderate narrowing right later recess. The patient has short pedicles. L4-5 small central disc protusion with minimal narrowing of the ventral epidural space. Slight rightward excentricity. No foraminal extension. short pedicles noted at this level but no spinal stenosis. L5-S1 Left Paracentral small disc protusion which approaches but does not displace the forming left S1 root. No foraminal extension. what does that mean?
