I have had symptoms of what the MD said was IBS for about 6 years, and I noticed I am tired a lot, achy joins especially my feet and back, and I can not narrow it down to one certain type of foods that I am eating that makes this worse, but my mom has recently been diagnosed with Celiac's disease, and in comparison of symptoms we have a lot of the same, what is the likely hood that I would also have this? We have a LONG line on both sides of my families of severe auto immune diseases...I have noticed severe cramping, bloating, headaches, fatigue, joint aches, odd looking stool, and burning around my rectum when I have a stool...Could this be a case that was genetic from my mother?

Yes. Celiac is a genetic disease. You should get tested asap! Celiac has been misdiagnosed as IBS for years, since your mom has been diagnosed with Celiac it is more likely that is what you have.
