Dr Doctor,

About 5 years ago I started traveling like mad. I was in sales and entertaining at night and getting up early for meetings only to make a mad rush to grab a sandwich at the airport to get on my plane.

Soon I started to "crash" when I got home - sleeping for a day or two, not making sense when talking etc. My mom is hypoglycemic and has diabeties in the family, btw.

It got worse and worse until i had to quit my job and take time off. The episodes just seemed to keep coming. It was if I had been drinking to my friends.

Recently I was diagnosed with celiac disease and have gone gluten free for 6 months now. My sister says my "episodes" are getting better but I'm just at my wits end and embaressed and killing myself over this.

Will this get better over time due to my new diet? How do I address this? Also a BIG question is the hypoglycemia reversable over time. I once read it was.
