I have heard of that happening if your body was already compromised from another illness and has recovered. T Cells fluctuate. If I have a flue or infection, even minor, my #s go down, then the next time I get checked they are up again.. its a numbers game. As long as your undetectable then don't worry about the numbers. Exercise and eat right and sleep good and take your meds religiously and everything should be OK.
