I was wondering if CBC ( complete blood count) comes back all in normal range, does that mean that there is definitely nothing serious wrong with me. Such as cancers, serious infections, etc. I got blood test done because i have a lump below my ear on myneck, but the results came back in normal range. I want to know if that means i should feel relieved that nothing serious is wrong with me.

I think you would be safe in saying it's ok..But, you may want doc to biopsy or needle aspiration to be sure..
