Hello,
Thanks for joining me on ehealthforum.

The tenderness in the breasts during ovulation time or after ovulation (time of egg release from ovary) happens due to changes in the hormonal status. It is common, and many women have this symptom.
If however the tenderness is more and intolerable or you feel lumps in the breast, get it examined by your healthcare provider/gynecologist. If needed you will be prescribed medications to control your symptoms as suggested after the examination.

All the best. Take care.
