Causes of *small red spots on penis??

Hey I am 14 years old and new on this forum,I joined because I have small red spots on my penis around the tip only,they don't itch,and I don't feel any pain urinating,I've been reading about it and think it may be the condom I was using when I last had sex about a week ago? I was wondering would anyone be able to help me out with this cause i dont like the look of them and I dont need girls thinkin I have something,i haven't been able to see a doc yet. Thanks
