Ovulation and Ovaries Answer A5954

According to the data you reported, you might be experiencing connective tissue that have developed after a heavy pelvic infection. You did not mention one, but if the miscarriages were spontaneous, a chronic inflammation might have caused both the miscarriages and the connective tissue. Unfortunately, the ultrasound might not be enough to diagnose this condition and a laparoscopy might be needed as suggested by your gynecologist.

On the other hand, if the pain appears only in certain days of your period, then you might want to be checked for endometriosis.
