Current medical status: i had a lot of pain on the right side of my nose, it seems to be slightly swollen and very tender and painful. i have lots of dried blood inside and is now effecting my eyes in the way my right eye is in pain. i have not hurt it in any way i can think of, and i have had this pain for over 4 days now.
Current medical treatment: just paracetamol

It is hard to determine the origin of the dried blood without an examination from an ear, nose and throat specialist. The blood already started degrading and caused an inflammation in the surrounding tissue. The inflammation can be reduced, but the real problem is where the blood comes from. The most probable source is the group of capillaries situated in the nasal cavity. They do not have to be traumatized in order to start bleeding. These are the same capillaries where the blood comes from when we have a nose bleed. The damage was minimal, so it did not manifest as nose bleeding. Another, but less probable place of origin is the mucosa in the nasal sinuses. Inflammation of a sinus can easily cause a pain in the surrounding area, as well as damage to the mucosal capillaries if the inflammation is prolonged.
