Blood in semen or hematospermia (blood on my fingers after I masterbate) can be due to several causes like benign or malignant tumors of the prostate, bladder, testes, or seminal vesicles; infections like chlamydia, herpes, cytomegalovirus, and trichomoniasis; prostatitis (infection of prostate), epididymitis (infection of epidiymis), or urethritis; stone in the seminal vesicles or prostate, polyps in the urethra, obstructions in ejaculation-duct, and cancers of genitourinary system. So you had a PAP, so at least cancer is eliminated.
For most men, hematospermia is not a serious or life-threatening condition. Nonspecific inflammation of the urethra, prostate and/or seminal vesicles is the commonest cause.
If there is a history of unprotected contact or leaking or a burst condom, then you need to get a complete STD panel done. Get a culture sensitivity test for both semen and urine done.
About 90% of men who had one episode of hematospermia will have repeated episodes. A confirmed diagnosis cannot be given over the internet. Hence, please consult a urologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
