Awoke 3 days ago with dizziness. Had taken Tylenol PM, so thought it was just from the benedryl affect. Now, question what is it? I do have some congestion with clear mucus. Haven't taken anything else that should cause this. Had just been to the chiropractor the day before, so it shouldn't be an allignment situation. Help!

You may just have a bit of a cold or something. Take some decongestant (assuming you don't have any medical conditions or aren't taking any medication that would interact with them--call your doctor if you aren't sure). Just don't take them for more than a week or so because they can cause rebound-congestion.

Do you have allergies? If so, that may be what it is, too.
