Have a diagnosis for the current condition: no
Current medical status: Premature ejaculation
Current medical treatment: none - trying to find out
Question: I've been out of sexual life for about 2 years. Recently i became seeing a woman of same age and during our first night together, i found out that my previous Premature ejaculation issues came back. I get excited without problem and get quick erection, but i can sustain this for very short. I "come" a bit - just an ooze really, even without intercourse, and my erection naturally fades away. Then it's almost impossible to get erection again and in the end i ultimately feel pain in my testicles since the pressure built up and inability to achieve orgasm and ejaculate. I greatly need an advice to get my life together. I just started researching a bit, but i would like to know an opinion/recommendation from a professional in this field.”
Premature ejaculation is characterized by a lack of voluntary control over ejaculation. The duration of the intercourse before the ejaculation is not agreed upon worldwide. Thus, what seems too short to someone might actually be normal considering several other factors, such as: age, recent frequency of intercourses, situation or novelty of the sexual partner. Regular masturbation decreases the amount of fluids in male genital glands, thus decreasing the neural susceptibility to stimulation in the genital area. Masturbation several hours before sexual intercourse might also be helpful. Turning attention to something that is not related to the intercourse might delay the ejaculation. If this does not help you might want to practice the start-stop technique or consult an urologist or sex therapist.
