Q: Cause of strong smelling urine

For the past few weeks, I've noticed a very strong smell to my urine. It doesn't matter how much water I drink or don't drink. I have no pain. I don't go more frequently than usual. I have been taking cranberry capsules for about a week but nothing seems to be helping.
