For months I have been dealing with some sort of ear or sinus thing. It started with sudden dizzy spells. A kind of light headedness. I went to the doctor and had blood tests which came back fine. I also had my ears cleaned. This reduced the severity of the spells for a time. After a week they came back and I also had a lotof crackling in the back of my neck. I usually get the dizzy spells when I am sitting down. When the spells were really severe I would get tingling in my left arm. As of now the dizziness isn't as severe as it was but the crackling in my neck is just as bad and I feel like my head is full. One last thing, I notice some nights that my sinuses seem to be popping. Like tiny little air bubbles. Anybody have any ideas what might be happening? I appreciate any help.
