I understand what the Orthopedic said but while healing is there any way to increase the fluid in the Cartilages??? Or to strengthen them??? Or do something/take some medication that will reduce the poppings/crackings???

Current medical status: My bones kept ( or so i thought , it turns out it was my Cartilages ) cracking and popping so i went to an Orthopedic and had myself examined...He said that because of sudden growth there is not enough fluid ( or something like that) in my Cartilages and it is the reason why they are popping....He also said that this is natural (especially considering the fact that i am skinny and have a weak muscle structure ) and it will heal in time but i am not too sure about this...They pop very often especially in the shoulders, pelvis area, wrists and knees....I am extremely worried because i heard damage to the Cartilages are permanent...
Current medical treatment: No medical treatment was given...The doctor said it is a natural process and will heal in time...

There is no medicine that will increase fluid containment in the cartilages, reduce the popping and cracking, or strengthen the cartilages.

You should accept your orthopedist's opinion and put out of your mind the thought that you have a bone/cartilage illness.
