I've had a partial hystorectomy, and want to know if I could be artificially fertilized, and carry a baby full term without a uterus?

I am sorry, but not without a uterus....No place for it to grow...

From what I have gathered through various search engines and sites, it is harder to get pregnant and carry the baby to term, but it is not impossible. Stranger things have happened. But you really should talk to a doctor about wanting to conceive. There are lots of ways to have a baby.
