This is an injury to your wrist...It happens from a pretty active life....I wish there was some vitamin or something you could eat that would help ward it off...I know of none...Good luck....

CTS treatment that works
Not true. Both my wife and I had CTS. Hers was much worse than mine, waking her up in the middle of the night with horrible pain shooting all the way from her wrist to her shoulder.

I discovered a combination of vitamins and minerals that completely cured both of us in a week. That's right, ONE WEEK. No I'm not selling anything. It a very cheap treatment (around $50) and sure beats surgery. I have told about 20 people so far and it has worked for everyone. And no, it's not Vitamin B12 or B6.

I can't give you a big scientific explanation, as I discovered it by accident. If you want, I can email you the info (free) as it is too much to post here, and you can go to any online vitamin supplier and buy what you need or maybe your local vitamin store. It's up to you. Take it or leave it.
