I had carpal tunnel surgery back in 2004 and experience severe pain again in my wrist, hand, elbow and shoulder. I also have continuous pain in my thumb area and experience numbness in my fingers. i am finding it difficult to grasp small items. the doctor says its probably cts again and probably pinched nerves in my elbow. what are the chances of this happening again.

Unfortunately, I have heard of this happening...Rest your hands when you can...You may want to possibly wear the wrist brace to help...Don't overly stress yourself in lifting and using your wrist, as this can be a killer...I sometimes wonder if we ever can return to that place of yesterday with the pain we have...Just take it easy...

Good luck,

Caroline
