3 quest. i need to know if i should get a prosteate exam as i just had a tesi removed 6 month ago from cancer it is close to the prostate. do they use 1 or 2 fingers generally and i mastibate while watching porn for bout an hour or 2 but after that my remaining testi hurts for the rest of the day is it cause there only one or cause i masitbate for extended period of time.

Hi,

Thanks for the query.

Carcinoma of the testes can spread to the prostate, as it is a neighboring structure. But the incidence is small. Follow up is very important in case of testicular cancer as the incidence of recurence is higher.

And the pain you are complaining of can be attributed to prolonged masturbation and also past surgery. Do talk to your doctor about the same. He will examine you and give you further information.
