Can someone tell me if this diagnosis is Cancer? Carcinoma in situ level II?

Carcinoma in situ, essentially means Cancer 'in place'. However that term is kind of misleading. Level II usually implies you have dysplasia. Dysplasia is pre-cancerous cells that have grown on your cervix. I'm going to assume you've had your colposcopy/biopsy and are now in the waiting stage for a LEEP or a conization of some kind. These treatments work very well for getting rid of dysplasia.
