I was wondering if someone might be able
to provide ideas for non-grain
carbohydrates.
So far in my diet I have butternut squash
as part of one meal, sweetcorn as part of
another and carrots/broccoli for another.
For the other meals I have grains.
Any ideas for carbohydrate foods that you
don't have to eat a ton of to get anything
out would be much appreciated.
