Q: car question

well my soon to be ex husband totalled my car out last night it was a 94 pontiac sunbird in good condition with low mileage. it was the other ladies fault she came in his lane and hit him head on. do you think i will be getting any money for my car?

I would say it would depend on what type of insurance coverage you had on it.

if you have full coverage you should be able to get enough back for a new car. you should check also if you have a ernter coverage to get a rental car. most people unless u specifically asked for that you wont have it. If you only have liability coverage then chances are the only money they give is to fix the other persons vehicle. So I would be talkingto your insurance company to see what coverage you have and what your able to do. I would hope you have full coverage on your car otherwise your out of luck most likely.
