I cant swallow normally, i have excessive build of of saliva and i have to swallow like alot all day every day, but when i do swallow, it feels like its getting stuck as soon as it starts to go down, sometimes i cant swallow at all, and at night some times from all of this i sufficate in my sleep until i jump up acting crazy to get a breath. I dont think its sleep apnea because of all i go through during the day. When i try and sleep, im constantly swallowing, and i cant sleep, it uusally gets stuck in my throat. Im freaking out here. Please help. Sometimes i have to exhale really hard, to inhale normally.

Also my left nostral is normally stuffed all day, but i just took some mucinex nasal spray, and it has been compltely clear for 2 hours, but again why does it stay stuffed? What is the best type of doctor or specialist to see?

The best person to see would be an ENT or an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor.
