Extremely eHealthy
Abdominal cramps, especially, located at the lower right abdomen are usually, due to constipation.
If you eat food low in fiber, and don't drink enough water, this often leads to constipation.
There are also other cause, but, you need to visit physician if this constipation doesn't respond to healthy diet.
