Q: cant get pregnant

my partner and i have been trying for a baby for over a year now we havent had much luck we are so desperate for another baby we already have a 3 year old daughter and we just feel the time is right.i have been doing ovulation tests and all i get back is a negative reading so i have been given fertomid tablets to help with my ovulation,i was on the contreceptive implant for just over 2 years but i thought my body would have returned to a normal cycle.has anyone ever used these tablets and had luck first time round?i just dont know what else could be wrong both my partner and i are young and healthy and we went to the doctor and got no help,.....,.......what do we do

Hello there,I can tell you that stressing about this means it will take you much longer it took me 3 years with my son as i was totally obsessed until i went to the doctor and they planned tests for me i just thought right now i will find out whats wrong i dont have to worry so much and 10 days later i was pregnant didnt even need the tests so i firmly believe that my obsession was stopping me having my baby as ive been pregnant 3 times since then and its only taken months not years i have lost two of those and im now 10 weeks with the third good luck and i hop you succeed soon
