So I am thinking about going to college for either a RN or maybe a nurse practioner. I want to know all about them and what they get to do while at work. I was told that there are two RN programs there is a two year and a 4 year. The two year you cant go anywhere from there. But the 4 year you are able to move up if you wanted to. Is this true? Or can I take the two year program for now and if I want to continue for the 4 year after would I be able to? Also what does an RN do while at work? What does a NP do while at work? Can I move up from the 4 year RN program and become a NP? If anyone can help me with this that would be great!
