I am 49 years old-never been able to undress for ANY doctor/phys. ed. class/theraputic massage/etc. When my new doctor wanted to do a complete(head to toe)I became so uneasy, I almost vomited! I did psycho therapy for phobia-even with deep breathing /muscle relaxation/trans-mediation exercises-would not bring myself to disrobe. Body dismorphic disorder has been ruled out. I am just about at wits end and wish I was like normal people.
