hi im 14 year old and about 2 or three years ago i was hit very hard in the groin. it's on the top of the testicle and it is only painful if its touched. if i leave it alone it gets noticeably smaller and its not hard it feels softish. its very near the base of the epidermis but i cant see if it is actually on it or not. i went to my doctor and he said it was a cyst but that was over a year ago and its still there. any ideas?
p.s a lump has recently appeared under my nipple. it does exactly the same thing as the one on my testicle and it only hurts when its touched and not immediately at all. if i don't touch it, it shrinks a lot and sometimes it shrinks so much that i can barely feel it at all but after touching it it grows again.

help im worried it doesnt sound like cancer to me but im a bit worried.
