My son has two strange things going on. First about 2 months ago he pointed out that he had a lump under the nipple of his rt breast. I had a friend "unofficially" ultrasound it and it was fluid filled...decided to just watch it. It has continued to grow. I figured this is just ahormonal thing.

Now he has developed a large lump/mass on his lower back. Around L4-5. It is about the size of half a tennis ball, sticks out ( he's a skinney guy) so it is noticeable when he doesn't have a shirt on. It is sore to the touch and feels sort of squishy. He says it has been there for about 2 weeks and is getting bigger.

Whay could this be? This is a 3 day weekend for us so I will be taking him to see the doc Tuesday more than likely.

Thanks for any input.
