my sister was diagnosed with cancer about a month ago and she has said that treatment via. chemo and surgery would shorten her time left and i was wondering what other options are there?

Cancers Answer A4926
Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are recommended treatments for cervical cancer stage 3.

Surgery and chemotherapy are recommended treatments for ovarian cancer at stage III.

I don’t agree that chemotherapy, surgery or radiotherapy will shorten her time left.

You could consult an oncologist about your sister’s treatment options.
