If like you said the active pills have been taken the same time everyday and no pills have been missed then the chances of pregnancy are extremely small but it's highly unlikely although there are some women who become pregnant whilst on the pill.

No birth control is ever 100% effective which is why I said the chances are extremely small. The only way you'll ever not get pregnant is by not having sex.
