Hello, I had a sleeping disorder for quiet a while. I think I didn't sleep properly for 2 years! Now its okey, but still sometimes I wonder how I managed to survive. Its sooo freaky. I remember I was tired and I felt like on drugs all the time. I am a student and thx god I am good at remembering stuff, but it is still a wonder how I actually did sth. right in this time...now I slept good for 3 months, but still I feel this time has affected me. I fear my heart is not healthy any more. Sometimes it beats too fast. I often wonder if I could have died from imsomnia??

You can but it takes a long time. Your body starts to break down. There are many over the counter medicines or prescriptions that you can take if you start having insomnia.
