hello vertigo is associated with inner ear infection and can also cause nausea..you need to see a doctor to have ears checked and with medication can settle..
its not life threatning it can be sorted with appropriate medication..
unbalanced and dizzy spells are a sign but not necessarily the symptom to your problem as only a doctor can diagnose that.
