can u have something like a period and be pregnant

Ok so I was 4 days late so I took pregnancy test both of them came out positive then I started so I kinda shrugged off the positive test the period (1 day and next 2 days spotted not enough to fill tampon or pad) still having symptoms like pregnant 2nd day of spotting so I took 2 more test last night they both came out positive been feeling nauseated all I want to do is sleep I can smell everything breast are sore feel like throwing up just by eating one or two bites is there any chance that I could be pregnant please help I know I should go to a doctor and find out but I want to know if it is even possible before I go and make an appointment (I dont want them to think im just being silly and wasting their time) thank you for taking the time to help or even reading
